The BonBon 飽飽  series is born from my love for food and community. With the French Chamber network being the basis of our community, I believe it is critical to connect our audience with their stories and backgrounds. To you, this might just be your neighborhood café, but to the owners, this could be their dream to open a shop and bring you their proudest pastries. BonBon 飽飽 ‘s role is to foster the opportunity and bridge the gap between the owners and consumers, so we can actively form our community through food.

For those of you who I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, I’m Amber, the Member Relations and External Affairs Manager for the French Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan. Born in Taiwan, my love for good food is ingrained in my DNA, and I always took the wide-ranging variety of cuisines in Taipei for granted until I started travelling abroad more often.

We all know that we in Taipei are lucky to have a taste of the world’s best foods at our fingertips, but wouldn’t it be nice if you had a directory to the best French food and wines? That’s what our BonBon 飽飽  will bring to you, so there’s no more endless Google Map pins or saved Instagram reels that you have to look through. Even better, we will do a deep dive with the owners, so you get a real behind-the-scenes understanding with who you are shopping and dining with.

This series will be an opportunity to not only explore some of the best French restaurants and Cafés, but you will also get to know key B2C and B2B suppliers, brining you the best jam, butter and croissant,  as well as premium wine and spirits for your more special occasions.

「BonBon飽飽」的起點，是我對美食和社群的熱愛。法國工商會的會員網絡，是我們社群的根基，而我一直相信，讓更多人認識這些品牌背後的故事和初心，是一件很重要的事。對你來說，這或許只是街角熟悉的咖啡館；但對老闆來說，這可能是他們多年的夢想，以及想把最用心的糕點端到你面前的心意。BonBon飽飽的任務，就是搭起這座橋，讓老闆和消費者的距離近一點，讓我們能真正透過食物，把這個社群凝聚起來。

還沒有機會認識的朋友，我是Amber，法國工商會的會員關係及涉外事務經理。在台灣出生長大的我，對美食的熱愛早已刻在DNA裡，台北琳瑯滿目的各國料理，曾經讓我覺得理所當然，直到開始常常出國，才意識到我們有多幸福。

身在台北，世界各地的美味幾乎觸手可及，但如果有一份口袋名單，幫你直接挖出最道地的法式美食和美酒呢？這就是「BonBon飽飽」要做的事。不用再瘋狂存Google地圖釘選，也不用再翻Instagram限動慢慢找。而且我們會直接帶你和店主聊聊，讓你在吃之前、買之前，先認識這些店背後的人和故事。

這個系列不只會帶你探訪台北最精彩的法式餐廳和咖啡館，我們也會介紹那些把最好的果醬、奶油、可頌，以及頂級葡萄酒和烈酒帶到你生活裡的幕後推手，讓你在日常裡，或是那些值得紀念的時刻，都能找到最對的選擇。

Deep Dive series is born from my belief that behind every great brand is an even greater story. The French Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan is home to a remarkably diverse network with French, Taiwanese and international businesses spanning every industry imaginable. With such a rich member pool, I felt it was essential to create a space that puts their work, products and services in the spotlight, strengthening visibility across our network and sparking deeper connections between our members and the wider community.

For those of you who I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet, I'm Amber, the Member Relations and External Affairs Manager for the French Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan. Throughout my interview journey so far, it has been such a joy to uncover the extensive craftsmanship behind each brand, for their thought process, their care, and their passion all shine through in the products themselves. Truly, nothing is more endearing than watching someone smile so wide that wrinkles form around their eyes as they talk about the product they can't wait to share with the world.

This series is an opportunity to go beyond the name on the door or the label on the shelf, I want to sit down with the people building our Chamber's community and understand what drives them. Whether it's a founder who left everything behind to pursue a dream, or a team perfecting their craft one detail at a time, Deep Dive brings you closer to the people and the passion behind the businesses you already know.

本身為小企業二代，且身邊皆為企業創辦人的我深知每個優秀品牌的背後，都藏著更精彩且充滿毅力、決心的故事，這也是「Deep Dive 深度探索」系列所想捕捉的故事。法國工商會匯聚了法國、台灣及國際企業，橫跨各個產業，形成極具多樣性的會員網絡。正因為擁有如此豐富的會員組成，我認為有必要打造一個平台，讓他們的產品、服務與用心被更多人看見，同時促進會員與整體社群之間更深層的連結。

對於還沒有機會認識的朋友們，我是 Amber，法國工商會會員關係暨涉外事務經理。在採訪的過程中，我深深感受到每個品牌背後所投入的用心與工藝，他們的思考脈絡與堅持，都在產品中一覽無遺。而我私心最期待的，是每當品牌創辦人談起自己引以為傲的產品時，臉上總是充斥著笑容，眼角泛起藏不住的皺紋的那一幕。
