Reminder: Gala Lucky Draw Prize Redemption

To All Lucky Draw Winners

Winners are kindly requested to contact us between June 8 and June 12, during office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), to notify us of their win. Prize redemption must be completed in person no later than June 19 during office hours.

Any prizes not claimed by the redemption deadline will be considered forfeited, and no exceptions will be made.

Redemption Procedure & Important Notes

• The original lucky draw ticket stub must be presented when redeeming a prize. Unfortunately, prizes cannot be released without the original ticket stub.
• Winners will be required to sign a prize redemption form upon collection.
• Any prizes not claimed within the designated redemption period will be considered forfeited.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
• Any taxes or fees associated with the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
• The validity of dining vouchers and accommodation vouchers is subject to the dates indicated on the vouchers. Please check the expiration date before use.
• The organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of prize winners when necessary.

致所有得獎者

請所有得獎者於 6 月 8 日至 6 月 12 日 期間，於辦公時間（上午 9:00 至下午 6:00）聯繫本會確認中獎資訊。獎品領取期限至 6 月 19 日辦公時間結束前(9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)，並須由得獎者本人親自領取。

逾期未領取者，將視同放棄中獎資格，本會恕不另行通知，亦不接受任何例外申請。

領獎方式及注意事項

• 領獎時請務必出示 抽獎券存根聯正本。若無法提供正本，恕無法辦理領獎。
• 得獎者於領取獎品時，需於領獎簽收單上簽名確認。
• 未於指定期限內完成領獎者，將視同放棄中獎資格。
• 所有獎品不得轉讓、轉售、兌換現金或更換其他商品。
• 因中獎所衍生之相關稅務或費用，概由得獎者自行負擔。
• 餐飲券及住宿券之使用效期，依票券上所載日期為準，請於使用前留意相關有效期限。
• 主辦單位保留核實得獎者身分及相關資料之權利，必要時得要求提供身分證明文件。
