[HR CLUB] Impact of AI to Taiwan’s HR Market and Trends 🦾
This morning (Wednesday, June 10th), we were pleased to gather at Crédit Agricole CIB Office to hold the second annual session of the HR Club for 2026!
With AI sweeping the world by storm, it's application and impact on the global job market has been significant for both job-seekers and HR personnel of companies. With this impact in mind, our purpose is to deliver clear solutions and strategies to mitigate potential future challenges and obstacles for our members.
We were honored to welcome William Wang, Business Development Manager at Cake Taiwan, to deliver a very insightful presentation overviewing the trends of AI in Taiwan's job market and best practices to tackle the challenges brought on by the mass flooding of AI. A major thanks to him, as well as his associate Sean Wu, for sharing their time and expertise with us and introducing their company's tailored AI solutions for HR.
The meeting concluded with a very engaging Q&A and Roundtable session where we had the opportunity to expand our initial topic to discuss to what extent could AI help overcome the main issues facing Taiwan's working market, such as salary competitiveness, talent draining or language barrier. Crucial concerns for all HR leaders and global executives here and beyond.
