2026 General Assembly | French Chamber Taiwan
French Chamber Taiwan recently hosted its General Assembly, bringing together its members from various sizes and industries to discuss the past year's activities, actions, as well as future initiatives.
With opening remarks from Chairwoman Ms. Eva Leihener-Stefan and an impactful economic update by Mr. Franck PARIS, Director of the French Office in Taipei, the General assembly was again the best moment for the community to gather.
The event featured an annual report presentation by Mr. Stephane Peden, General Manager of the French Chamber Taiwan, a financial report from Mr. Pascal Thien-Ah-Koon and a heartful feedback from Mr. Ghislain Rambuad.
We also invite industry expert Mrs. Alicia GARCÍA HERRERO, Chief Economist Asia Pacific, Groupe BPCE / Natixis CIB to talk about Economic & Geopolitical Outlook, and Mr. Antoine AUBEL, Head of the Economic Department, French Office in Taipei to give insight on France–Taiwan Economic Figures.
Team France: Strengthening Bilateral Business Relations
This year's assembly highlighted the essential role of Team France, a collective effort aimed at supporting and promoting French business initiatives in Taiwan. The collaboration includes key organizations such as Business France, CCEF Taiwan, La French Tech Taiwan, Lycée International Français de Taipei,BUREAU FRANCAIS DE TAIPEI, Lycée Français de Taipei(TES), Campus France, Alliance Française Taiwan, and Association des Français de Taiwan(AFT). All working to foster innovation, trade, and investment.
