CSR Event: Planting Trees with One Tree One Mountain
Do you know that one mature tree planted can reduce about 12kg of carbon dioxide per year?
On November 29th, our PR & Communications manager Tammy Chu and administration manager Mathilde Liao participated in tree planting activity in Wulai, New Taipei.
This meaningful activity was launched by Wind Huang, the founder of One Tree One Mountain (一樹一山).
He is an Atayal aborigine from the Mkmatuy tribe (馬胎部落), in Jianshi Township, Hsinchu. He is dedicated to preserving his tribe by planting the tassel flower trees, so that when the trees blossom, everyone will be able to find the flowers all the way to the ridgeline of Lala Mountain.
