[CLUB HR] Young Talent in the Workplace – Best Practices for Finding and Attracting Young Professionals.

On June 11, 2025, CLUB HR, hosted by Maxime Dejaeghere from the French Chamber Taiwan, convened for a discussion on attracting young professionals in today’s evolving work landscape. As businesses strive to remain competitive and innovative, fostering an engaging work culture for young talent is more important than ever.

🔹 Johnny Wu, Head & Director of Global Relations, NTU delivered the first presentation.

🔹 Heino Dannemann, Group HR Director at Volkswagen Group Taiwan followed by what his group provides to their employees.

Additionally, a special session on the V.I.E. Program by Angela Hsieh (Business France Taiwan) provided valuable knowledge on international career development opportunities.

The event concluded with brainstorming and exchanges, sparking fresh ideas on how organizations can better nurture the next generation of workplace leaders.
