The Annual General Meeting aims to elect 7 Directors and 1 Supervisor to form the CCIFT Board

During the AGM
- Sign your name at reception desk
- You will receive kit including the Annual Report and the voting Ballot
- Candidates' biography will be displayed at the reception tables and online
- QR code for Event Survey will be provided
How to Vote
- One company, one vote. Honorary members are not entitled to vote
- If your company was chosen to represent another company that is not able to attend the assembly, you will receive a proxy vote
- Tick 7 names maximum on each ballot
- Throw the Ballot into the dedicated voting Box
- Enjoy our lovely cocktail evening with members.
