Rooted in the Charentes-Poitou region, the cooperative embodies a rich agricultural heritage, combining tradition with a forward-looking commitment to quality and sustainability.

At the heart of Laiterie Terre de Sèvre lies a strong cooperative model, supported by dedicated local producers of both cow and goat milk. With production and transformation entirely local, the company ensures full traceability and preserves the authenticity of its exceptional terroir.

The cooperative is guided by core values including passion, respect, know-how, and responsible commitment. These principles are reflected in its high standards: milk is collected every 48 hours, guaranteed GMO-free, and produced with careful attention to animal welfare and environmental impact.

Among its flagship brands, Echiré stands as a global symbol of excellence. Renowned for its AOP Charentes-Poitou butter, Echiré has been crafted using traditional wooden churns for over 130 years, delivering a distinctive texture and refined flavor appreciated by chefs and gourmets worldwide.
