The Center - Indian Cooking
Join Vaishali for another touch of Indian spice as she prepares some more tasty vegetarian dishes. Today she'll show you how to prepare:
- Samosas with mint coriander chutney and dates /tamarind chutney
- Mushroom butter masala (curry) with rice and roti
- Indian masala tea
