HR Club – Talent Retention Program
On December 3, the HR Club gathered at EDF Power Solutions in Taipei for a session dedicated to Talent Retention Program – Best Practice Sharing.
We extend our sincere thanks to Linda Chiang, HR Manager at EDF, for kindly hosting us, and to CEO Ming-Lung (Cameron) Chang for her warm welcoming remarks.
We also express our gratitude to Amy Hsin from Adecco, who delivered a bilingual presentation on Future-Ready Talent Strategies (未來就緒型人才策略藍圖). Her insights sparked meaningful discussions on talent retention and best practices, followed by exchanges led by our group leader Irene Hsueh.
