2026 European Business in Taiwan: Business Confidence Survey

On behalf of the European Economic and Trade Office, we cordially invite you to participate in the 2026 European Business in Taiwan: Business Confidence Survey.

 This is the first time a business confidence survey is conducted among all European companies doing business in Taiwan. The main purpose of the survey is to gain insights into current issues linked to geopolitical risks, supply chains, and other investment-related questions. These are key issues informing policy-making at EU level and EU-Taiwan economic and trade dialogues - your participation in this survey is therefore very valuable.

Conducted by the EU-funded EBRC 3 project, the survey aims to collect evidence-based insights on business performance, investment confidence, supply chain resilience, and the future business outlook of European companies operating in Taiwan.

We kindly ask that the survey be completed by your company's General Manager or a senior management representative. Respondents will be asked to provide basic company and contact information to support the analysis. All personal data collected through the survey will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Individual company information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed. Survey findings will be presented only in aggregated form.
