The 4th BON PAIN Bread Festival brings together nearly 100 brands from Taiwan and abroad. It will take place from Saturday, October 31 to Sunday, November 1 at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Cultural Park in Taipei.
This year's theme, "SOURDOUGH LIFE", starts from the long tradition of sourdough bread and rethinks the relationship between bread and daily life. From cultivating a starter and waiting through fermentation to baking, it is about more than craftsmanship: it also reflects terroir and lifestyle. Shaped by ingredients, time and the choices of artisans, sourdough develops its unique flavor and finds its way into our daily meals.
Starting from a starter that is continuously fed, 52 bakery brands will present the many faces of sourdough in contemporary life through different perspectives.

第四屆 BON PAIN 麵包祭，集結來自海內外近百個品牌，將於 10 月 31 日（六）至 11 月 1 日（日），在國父紀念館中山文化園區登場
今年，我們以 「SOURDOUGH LIFE」 為題，從歷史悠久的酸種麵包出發，重新觀看麵包與生活之間的關係。從培養酵種、發酵等待到烘烤，它關乎的不只是製作工藝，更包含風土環境與生活方式。隨著食材、時間與職人的選擇，酸種麵包生長出獨特的風味，走進我們的一日三餐。
從一團持續被餵養的酵種開始，52個麵包品牌將透過不同的製作觀點，呈現酸種麵包在當代生活中的多元樣貌。
