50% of the event proceeds support the CCIFT charity of choice, Homeless Taiwan Association for the running of Taipei's only female homeless shelter.

Organized by the CCIFT, the event was made possible with the help of our co-host, ness wellness and our generous sponsors, Biotherm Taiwan, Decathlon Taiwan, FB Solution, Pernod Ricard Taiwan and KuluDrink.

The event was held in a beautiful park, where participants were surrounded by nature and fresh air. The yoga instructor began the session with some breathing exercises to help participants relax and let go of any stress or tension they may have been carrying. The instructor then led the group through a series of yoga poses, each one designed to stretch and strengthen different parts of the body.

As the participants moved through each pose, they were encouraged to focus on their breath and their intentions for the day. Many participants reported feeling a sense of peace and relaxation as they moved through the poses, and several commented on how they felt rejuvenated practising yoga under the sun.

After the yoga session was over, participants were invited to stay and enjoy some refreshments and socialize with one another. The event provided a great opportunity for attendees to connect with one another and celebrate International Women's Day together.

Overall, the yoga event was a great success and a wonderful way to honour the contributions of women. By coming together to practice yoga and celebrate one another, participants showed that they are committed to supporting women and promoting wellness in their community. We hope to see more events like this in the future and encourage everyone to take some time to celebrate the amazing women in their lives today and every day.
