The Center - Taiwanese Vegan Cooking

Many visitors to Taiwan rave about how incredible it is to be vegetarian here, with endless options and an abundance of fresh ingredients for cooking at home. Now’s your chance to experience it for yourself! Join Ivy for a fun and interactive class where you’ll learn to make flavorful Taiwanese vegan dishes. She’ll share her insider tips on the best sauces to buy and where to find them, making it easy for you to recreate these recipes at home.

Menu of the day

  •  Turnip and rice cake
  •  Fried green beans with fermented soybean crisp
  •  Lettuce wrap with king oyster mushroom, edamame and apple
