We are delighted to welcome Oyster Inc. (Rungis Deli) as a new member of the French Chamber Taiwan!

As part of our ongoing member outreach initiative, our Public Relations Manager Tammy Chu visited their Tianmu location in Taipei yesterday to learn more about their distinctive business model and impressive gourmet offerings.

Oyster Inc. specializes in importing and wholesaling premium food products from Europe. Their extensive selection includes fresh oysters, seafood, fish, vegetables, meats, pasta, charcuterie, cheeses, goose and duck foie gras, caviar, sauces, olive oils, vinegars, and other high-quality dry goods.

Working in close partnership with Rungis Market in France, they operate weekly shipments from both France and Italy, ensuring top-tier freshness and quality.

While their main focus is on #B2B sales—supplying essential ingredients to leading hotels and restaurants across Taiwan—they are also expanding into the B2C market. Their products are now available at Mia C’bon supermarkets, and individual customers are welcome to visit their retail store, Rungis Deli in Tianmu, to experience authentic French gourmet delights firsthand.
