Launch of the F&B Club at the French Chamber Taiwan
On Tuesday, March 4th, we proudly launched the first F&B Club meeting, bringing together key members from the F&B sectors. This initiative is open to all the French Chamber Taiwan’s member from this industry.
The event was initiated by Michel Bru (MICHEL BRU LAB.), Claude Chen (Vavin), and Benjamin Bonnet from (Le 23 restaurant), as well as our valued members: Vivien Lin (TABA), Jessica Fu (TBAF) , Chris Claessens (OISTERINC), Xavier Lenoir (Gourmet Selection), Ghislain Rambaud (FIsh Is LIfe AsIa Ltd).
We were also joined by Peden Stephane, Director of the French Chamber of Commerce, and Maxime Dejaeghere, who will be responsible for coordinating future events within the club.
The main objectives of this club are to connect members from the same industry, share knowledge and experiences, and support each other. It will serve as a platform to Brainstorm what is the best way for the chamber and the club to gather and federate the F&B community in Taiwan in general, gather insights and produce useful tools and events to facilitate the work of everyone while fostering growth and business income.
We concluded the session by agreeing that the beginning should be to federate as much people as possible to create a strong group that can have an impact. The first steps will be dedicated to that.
We are also excited to provide visibility, build connections, and support both newcomers launching their businesses and established professionals looking to expand.
