Club CFO | Beyond Budget Transformation
On September 12th, the French Chamber hosted the second CFO Club. The CFO Club is designed for members to share best practices and tackle the unique challenges of CFO/COO roles. Through these discussions, we aim to develop tailored events that address their needs.
This session’s theme was “Beyond Budget Transformation”. The new Team France & Coordination Manager at the French Chamber, also introduced his role as our Clubs Leader. The session kicked off with a presentation by our guest who underscored the shift from traditional budgeting practices to more dynamic financial management approaches. The event was an excellent opportunity to discuss shared challenges and solutions related to CFO/COO roles across diverse industries.
