During the AGM

• Sign your name at the reception desk
• You will receive the voting Ballot
• Candidates' biography  will be displayed at the reception tables and online
• Annual Report will be displayed online
• QR code for Event Survey will be provided

 

How to Vote

• One company, one vote. Honorary members are not entitled to vote
• If your company was chosen to represent another company that is not able to attend the assembly, you will receive a proxy vote
• Tick 7 names maximum on each ballot 
• Throw the Ballot into the dedicated voting Box
• Enjoy our lovely cocktail evening with members.
