A Human Move by Volkswagen Group Taiwan

Our General Manager, Stephane PEDEN had the chance to attend the Office Opening Ceremony and ribon cutting of our Concorde club member Volkswagen Group Taiwan. It was a pleasure to meet the Taiwan group ceo Rahil Ansari, HR manager Heino Dannemann Tian and their team.
The company has just moved into its brand-new space in Nangang.

More than 150 employees will now work in this new environment designed around one key principle: well-being through collaboration.

From the first steps inside, it’s clear this move is not just about image, it’s about people.
Every detail has been thought through:
- Open, bright areas are reserved for the teams, while managers keep an open-door policy.
- Large collaborative tables and soundproof meeting pods foster creativity and comfort.
- Over 7,000 meters of cable quietly connect Singapore, Japan, and Germany in a data-driven ecosystem.
- Clean desks, personal lockers, and shared spaces encourage ownership and simplicity.

What also struck our ceo at the reception was a framed “Electrify Taiwan” image a powerful symbol of Volkswagen’s dedication to the future. It perfectly aligns with one of the statements on their wall:

We take responsibility for the environment and society.

This space doesn’t just host people, it embodies values.
It’s a place built for collaboration, innovation, and care.

Thank you for the invitation and your constant support.
