Velvet curtains part to reveal a room bathed in amber light. The clink of champagne, the hum of conversation, and somewhere in the shadows, the first notes of a melody begin to rise.
This is the world of La Belle Époque: an era of artistic freedom, sensual elegance, and unforgettable nights.
French Chamber Taiwan invites you to step into that world for one evening. Inspired by the legendary cabarets of Montmartre and the grand salons of 1900s Paris, this Gala Dinner brings together the warmth of candlelit intimacy, the thrill of live performance, and the sophistication of a bygone golden age.
Expect an atmosphere where music drifts between tables, performers appear among guests, and every detail, from the gold accents to the rich red tones, transports you to a place where art, beauty, and celebration are inseparable. Not a replica of the past, but a modern tribute to its spirit: bold, refined, and alive.
What to Expect:
Champagne Cocktail: The evening begins as the best Parisian nights always did: with a glass of champagne and the gentle buzz of anticipation. Mingle beneath warm golden light as soft melodies set the mood and the first hints of cabaret magic fill the air.
Five-Course Seated Dinner: Take your seat for a refined gastronomic journey. Each course is accompanied by its own moment of wonder…because on a night like this, the ordinary has no place at the table. This is dining as you have never experienced it.
Live Performances & Cabaret Acts: The heart of the evening. Inspired by the intimate cabarets of Montmartre, the night comes alive with music, movement, voice, and light. Something electric, sensual, and unforgettable awaits.
