This event will take place at the Sherwood Hotel (3F Ballroon) from 18:00 to 22:00.

This Assembly is an opportunity for all members to express their opinions to French Chamber Taiwan in regard to its activities and events. The Assembly will be conducted in English. All questions and comments are welcomed in order to make our community more active and improve the chamber’s services to be better suited to the needs of members.
- One company, one vote. Honorary members are not entitled to vote.
- One company, one delegation. Registration is compulsory due to the limited number of participants
- If you are not able to attend the assembly, please give the proxy right to a member of your choice, or inform French Chamber Taiwan to arrange one for you.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the French Chamber Taiwan team has taken the following measures:
- All participants are required to wear a surgical mask.
- Participants will be required to have their temperature read upon admission.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at the venue.
