Reservation Policy

1. As fresh materials have to be prepared, reservation is incomplete without confirmed payment.

2. Please email us the last five digits of your payment account once completed.

3. If you are a member of the Claude Cossec Flower School, please notify Jenny to access member price. 

Refund Policy

• Cancellation before 48 hours: Full Refund.
• Cancellation before 24 hours: 50% Refund.
• Cancellation on the Day: No Refund.
