This Assembly is an opportunity for all members to express their opinions to CCIFT in regard to its activities and events. The Assembly will be conducted in English. All questions and comments are welcomed in order to make our community more active and improve the chamber’s services to be better suited to the needs of members.

Please note: The membership fee has to be settled before the event to be entitled to vote.
One company, one person, one vote
- Each company will recieve 1 vote (unless proxying for another)
- Each company is entitled to 1 FREE ENTRANCE
- 1600 NTD for every extra person attending
- Honorary members are not entitled to vote or run for the Board.
Proxy vote
If you are unable to attend the assembly, please give the proxy right to a member of your choice, or inform CCIFT to arrange one for you. Sign and email us the proxy form to proxy vote.
