France for the Future: Green is the New Black
The CCIFT hosted our annual Gala on 30th September 2022 in the Grand Hyatt Taipei.
This year’s Gala marked a significant departure from the others. Beyond showcasing French culture, this year we transported over 450 guests to a future founded on green and sustainability.
Sourcing our menu from Taiwan and ensuring as much of our decorations were reusable and recyclable, guests arrived at our eco-fashion and green-future-themed evening. Upon our VIPs are:
the Mayor of Taipei City Ko Wen-Je, the Director and Deputy Director of the French Office in Taipei, Jean-Francois Casabonne-Masonnave, Cléa Le Cardeur, Representatives of the Taoyuan City Government, Jay Yen, Eason Kuo, An-pang Kao, the Director and Deputy Secretary General of the General Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of China, Tony Lin and Zhongxin Dai. The CEO of the of Invest Taiwan, MOEA, Emile Chang.
Our gala opened with an exclusive VIP moment with the Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-Je, while guests wandered the booths of our charities of choices: PACK TAIWAN, HOMELESS TAIWAN and toured the elaborately set up Carrefour, Lancome, and Pernod Ricard booths. The photo booth was a special highlight in our foyer area, designed by Claude Cossec and the Artidée.
