Shelley Chan is the General Manager of Vaccines, Sanofi Hong Kong and Taiwan. Driven by her commitment to supporting Taiwan’s national immunization program and public health policy, she strives to promote and bring in innovated vaccines to Taiwan and takes pride in supporting connections with global trends and the development of vaccines.

During her nearly 20 years of journey in Sanofi Taiwan, Shelley led diverse functions including Communications, Oncology/Biosurgery, and Diabetes in Hong King and Taiwan. Shelley further built the Diabetes Integrated Care team in promoting digital transformation of Diabetes care in hospitals and clinics, strengthening the patient-oriented personalization care model, optimizing the disease management journey, and driving diabetes care transformation.
