2024 AGM Know your Candidates and Cast your Ballot

Vote and catch up with your fellow members in our Annual General Assembly.

The Candidates: 2024 Executive Committee or Supervisor

 

9 Board of Directors, 2 Alternate Board of Directors, 1 Supervisor and a Deputy Supervisor will be elected on the 11th April 2024. 

The top 9 candidates running for the board of directors will act as board members, with the 10th and 11th acting as alternate board of directros. The same applies to the supervisors, the highest vote will be elected as the Supervisor and the second highest will succeed as the Deputy Supervisor.

1. Postal Vote

WHO IS THIS FOR:

You'd like to vote your own candidates.

HOW WOULD IT BE DONE:

  • 3/19 Inform the Chamber to receive your ballot.
    • We will send you the ballot electronically via email.
    • Please print and check your desired candidates.
  • 4/8  Deadline to return your the ballot
    • Post your hardcopy ballot to the French Chamber no later than 3 days prior the AGM.
    • Please indicate your company name on the envelope.
    • Your ballot will remain sealed.
  • 4/11 AGM the "D-Day"
    • An attending member on site would cast your ballot to the ballot box for you.
    • Your ballot will be counted.

 

2. Vote in Proxy

WHO IS THIS FOR:

You are happy to have a fellow member vote on your behalf.

 

HOW WOULD THIS BE DONE: 

  • If you have a dedicated person to vote on your behalf.
    • please consult with the person to ensure that he or she is not acting on behalf of any others.
    • Download and complete the details of your company and your proxy in the form.
    • 4/8 Please email your proxy form to the Chamber.
  • Alternatively, You can ask the Chamber to assign a proxy for you.
    • Download and complete the proxy form, but leave the details of proxy blank.
    • 4/8 Please email your proxy form to the Chamber.
