CCIFT 2022 General Assembly Meeting

The CCIFT is proud to invite you to the 2022 AGM on Thursday, April 7th.

We are happy to inform you that the CCIFT annual General Assembly will take place in REGENT TAIPEI on Thursday, April 7th. We sincerely invite you to participate in this event that is dedicated to our members.

Date: Thursday, April 7th, 2022

Time: 18:00-22:00 (including a networking buffet)

Location: REGENT TAIPEI, 3F Ballroom

Address: 104 No.3, Lane39, Sec. 2, Zhong Shan North Rd. Zhong Shan District, Taipei

This Assembly is an opportunity for all members to express their opinions to CCIFT in regard to its activities and events. The Assembly will be conducted in English. All questions and comments are welcomed in order to make our community more active and improve the chamber’s services to be better suited to the needs of members.

• One company, one vote. Honorary members are not entitled to vote or run for the Board.

• One company, one delegation. Registration is compulsory due to the limited number of participants (buffet is free for one person per company, for extra people it is 1,500 NTD / people)

• If you are not able to attend the assembly, please give the proxy right to a member of your choice, or inform CCIFT to arrange one for you.

• Call for Candidates: CCIFT 2022 Executive Committee or Supervisor

*The membership fee has to be settled before the event to be entitled to vote.

If you are willing to contribute time and expertise, you are invited to run for the CCIFT 2022 Executive Committee or Supervisor (CCIFT Board). Please refer to the Nomination form is attached. The call for candidates is open until March 21st, 2022.

Due to the current CoVID-19 situation, the CCIFT team has taken the following precautionary measurements in alignment with Taiwan CECC announcements

• All participants are required to wear a surgical mask

• Participants will be required to have their temperature read upon admission

• Hand sanitiser will be available at the venue
