This training will enable point of sale managers and marketing and sales supervisors to build strong foundations for customer relationships and gain a clear understanding of how to create positive and lasting relationships.

This detailed understanding will allow participants to become experts in customer welcome and emotional marketing, and they will learn how to more effectively communicate these concepts to their teams and front-line employees.

1. Know-how, interpersonal skills, marketing impact & sales objectives
The foundations of Customer Relationship Management

2. Understanding the motivational process during the contact phase
The customer’s conscious and unconscious mind, education, ego, emotional and relational goals, etc.

3. Actions and attitudes that affect the quality of the customer relationship
Speed, rotation, trajectory, voice, etc.

4. Analysis of the specific requirements of the participants’ business sectors
Hotels, restaurants, luxury boutiques, art and culture, gastronomy and tourism

5. Q&A session & Round table discussion and conclusion.

Eric Bidault
General Manager of Think & Do International

Eric Bidault graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière in Paris and has won two prestigious awards in France. He was VP of Marketing for the Lucien Barrière group for 7 years. In 1998 he founded Think & Do International, specializing in the hospitality, lifestyle, tourism and leisure industries. Eric is known for his extensive consulting experience in strategy and marketing (90 locations/11 countries). He has trained hundreds of managers and operational teams and taught at an MBA level at the IMHI ESSEC (France) and at the EHL Lausanne (Switzerland).
