Less Is More : Anti-Additive Clean Label Organization
On May 27th, we held a webinar presented by Angela CHEN from Anti-Additive Clean Label Organization.
During this very interesting event, she explained the different additives that can be found in our food, and detailed the regulations on food additives in Taiwan but also in other Asian countries:
- What is Taiwan customers consideration on Food Selection?
- What is the current Taiwan Retail Channel status on food sector?
- The Regulations of TFDA on food additives
- The Clean Label trend at Taiwan Market
- The cooperation with Taiwan Retail Channel and Food Industry
The workshop was attended by some of our members in the food and beverage sector, who got to ask her questions for their companies, and will stay in touch with Angela and her organization in the future.
It was very informative to learn about the different food brands in Taiwan and which of them are the healthiest!
