In 1995, Caudalie was created after a major scientific innovation: an exclusive patent on the extraction and stabilization of grape-seed polyphenols. Caudalie works in collaboration with Professor Vercauteren, a world-renowned specialist in polyphenols, with its own researchers' team and formulators. Research is one of the pillars of the brand which has registered 3 fundamentally advanced patents:
1. Grape-seeds polyphenols which are the most powerful anti-oxidant in the plant world.
2. Resveratrol extracted from grapevine stalks which is the best anti-ageing molecule according to Harvard University.
