We manage 2 main programmes:
• Global Exchange Program – Access international and Taiwan students and take them on as interns to support your organizational needs and initiatives.

AIESEC是法文的縮寫，英文全名為“INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF STUDENT IN ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT＂，中文全名為「國際經濟商管學生會」，是目前全世界最大、由學生獨立運作的非營利國際組織。
AIESEC透過國際人才實習計畫、領導實作機會以及國際性的學習平台交換各國青年促進不同文化、不同種族、不同經濟體系間的深度交流，進一步促進全球的和平、經濟進步和社會發展。
AIESEC目前有超過60,000名會員，來自2,100所世界頂尖大專院校，110個國家與區域。每年提供世界各地青年16,000個國際實習機會，交換各國實習生大世界各個組織、公司實習。
AIESEC TAIWAN目前約有800名會員，來自全台灣超過20所大專院校，每年約交換600位青年至海外或國內公司、組織實習。AIESEC台灣目前對國內公司、組織業務包含：海外人才引進計畫、國內大學人才招募、企業社會責任合作，以及企業品牌拓展合作等。
