Jesse Arlen Smith is a Canadian entrepreneur, professional lecturer, and experienced business development consultant. He presently consults for and manages a variety of media and technology firms in Taiwan, Hong Kong and throughout Asia. An experienced startup investor, business developer and transformational leader.

Jesse regularly shares his expertise, lecturing at conferences and delivering professional development seminars. Jesse has gained a wealth of experience as a professional development consultant and business leader, serving as the Chief Executive Officer for the BECC Consulting Group from 2006 to 2016.

During these 10 years he grew the company from a few clients in the banking industry to the internationally recognized firm it is today. As the company’s CEO he worked directly with most of the major multinational firms in the banking, pharmaceutical, retail, automotive and technology industries. Jesse remains an active global community member, continuing to conduct seminars and provide his consulting services throughout Asia.

He regularly gives lectures on management topics such as, employee engagement, transformational leadership, intercultural communication and ideation.  Jesse is also a film producer and is known for his fundraising and philanthropic endeavors. He uses both his business acumen and production experience to engage people in meaningful discussions and advance social causes that he hopes can be a catalyst for positive global change.

Change is the new constant. Today’s global business environment is fast-paced, highly competitive, and built on an insatiable appetite for consumption. Growth is now a necessity and what necessitates growth is change. 

During this event, you will learn:

In this 3-hour workshop, titled Change Management, participants will learn how to better manage change including effective ways to increase buy-in to change and minimize resistance to change within an organization.

This workshop will help participants who are confronted with changes in their organizations to be better prepared to not only handle the change, but also to have a positive effect on the change outcomes. Besides, this workshop will also provide insights in the different theories related to change management and participants will walk away practical tools and templates that can be used to manage change.

Participants will be given the opportunity to share their experiences and relate what they learn back to their daily practice, helping them better understand how they can reduce resistance and maximize buy-in within their own organizations.

Ultimately this workshop will provide participants with some of the concepts and tools needed to manage the change within their own organizations more successfully.
