Dear CCIFT Members,

You are kindly requested to attend the 2012 CCIFT Annual General Meeting on March 22nd, 2012 (17:30-21:30) at the Westin Taipei /Ta Kuan Room ( B2, N°133, Nanjing East Road, Section 3, Taipei. Tel: (02) 8770-6565). The AGM will be followed by a dinner to which one representative per company is invited free of charge. The language used during the AGM is English.

Your attendance is of the highest importance since you are going to vote for your representatives for the coming year. The Executive Commitee, composed of seven Directors and two replacements, meets on a monthly basis in order to conduct the strategy and orientations of the association. The Supervisor looks after the proper management and the respect of the governance principles. Each CCIFT member has one vote, except for members located abroad and honorary members which aren't allowed to vote.
