Details :

One of the challenges of working in a global setting is understanding and dealing with cross-cultural differences. As business in our intercultural world continues to increase, more and more non-Chinese individuals are working with the Chinese, either face-to-face or virtually.

This workshop will provide insights and help increase awareness of cultural differences in their influence of attitudes and behaviors in the workplace.
In this presentation, the speaker will share with the audience her views and experience on:

  • Do you have the global competency to build trust and relationships with your Taiwanese teams?
  • Is the ‘PEACH’ or the ‘COCONUT’ way the best way to work with your local vendors, partners, and colleagues?

Speaker:  Amy C. LIU, Senior Intercultural Trainer with Community Services Center

Amy C. Liu, MA, author of Taiwan A to Z: The Essential Cultural Guide and senior Intercultural Trainer with the Community Services Center has successfully delivered both individual and group intercultural programs to top-level Western executives and global leadership seminars to Chinese managers in Greater China for 13 years.
