The CCIFT is a non-profit organization registered with the Taipei City Department of Social Affairs, and therefore follows the regulation concerning Taiwanese associations.

Traditionally, every year in March, the CCIFT members gather during the General Assembly and  proceed to the election of a new Executive Committee, composed of 7 members plus two replacements. Afterword, the Executive Committee will elect his Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, Treasurer and General Secretary.

The General Assembly also elects a Supervisor, independant from the Executive Committee.

The CCIFT also organizes 4 sectorial committees meeting on a monthly basis and discussing about topics of major interest for the Chamber: Company support ; Events ; Workshops and Communication. These committees are open to all members and non members interested in the life and activities of the CCIFT.
